Camping Marmolada Malga Ciapela General Conditions, Reductions and Included Services
1. Introduction
The purpose of this document is to regulate the general terms and conditions of Camping Marmolada Malga Ciapela. The terms “You” and “Customer” are used here to refer to all individuals and/or entities who for whatever reason access www.campingmarmolada.it or use its services. The use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of each and all the General Terms and/or Conditions – which are deemed to be automatically incorporated into the contract concluded with Camping Marmolada Malga Ciapela, without the need for your written transcription in the same – included in the latest version of these General Terms and/or Conditions.
2. Prices, Included Services & Payment Options
Campground price includes: 10% VAT, electricity (except wild pitch), parking, use of toilets and showers, winter ski-bus to the lifts.
Campground price does not include: local tourist tax 0,50 € per person per day. Children under the age of 13 are exempted
Important note: guests who plan to sleep some nights out of the campsite during their stay (e.g., in a mountain hut), are kindly requested to advise us so when checking in.
Payment options: The bill can be paid with debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or in cash up to the legal limits.
Please note that all our rates are subject to change and may vary.
3. Reservations
Reservations are confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount.
In case of late arrivals or early departures we reserve the right to charge the total price of the reservation.
For big parties and direct requests: we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to info@campingmarmolada.it or call the +39 0437 866814.
Stay extensions: possible stay extensions are at the management’s discretion and subject to availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation or change of reservation is allowed up to 15 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within this period, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- Up to 15 days before check-in: free cancellation
- From 14 to 6 days before check-in: 50% payment
- Less than 5 days before check-in / no-show / early departure or late arrival: 100% payment
5. Check-in and out
Camping check-in. Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
For check-in later than 9 p.m. we kindly ask you to contact us beforehand by phone or e-mail at info@campingmarmolada.it your arrival. The balance of your stay have to be paid on arrival.
Camping check-out. We kindly ask that you clear the pitch by 11:00 am. For early birds: you can check out settling the bill in the day before departure.
6. Additional Information
The administration of Camping Marmolada Malga Ciapela assumes no liability for loss of, or damage to, the personal belongings of campground guests.
