1. Introduction<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

The purpose of this document is to regulate the general terms and conditions of Camping Marmolada Malga Ciapela. The terms \u201cYou\u201d and \u201cCustomer\u201d are used here to refer to all individuals and\/or entities who for whatever reason access www.campingmarmolada.it or use its services. The use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of each and all the General Terms and\/or Conditions \u2013 which are deemed to be automatically incorporated into the contract concluded with Camping Marmolada Malga Ciapela, without the need for your written transcription in the same \u2013 included in the latest version of these General Terms and\/or Conditions.<\/p>

2. Prices, <\/span>Included<\/span> Services & Payment Options<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Campground price includes:<\/span><\/b> 10% VAT, electricity (except wild pitch), parking, use of toilets and showers, winter ski-bus to the lifts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Campground price does not include<\/span><\/b>: local tourist tax 0,50 \u20ac per person per day. Children under the age of 13 are exempted<\/span><\/p>

Important note<\/span><\/b>: guests who plan to sleep some nights out of the campsite during their stay (e.g., in a mountain hut), are kindly requested to advise us so when checking in.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Payment options<\/span><\/b>: The bill can be paid with debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or in cash up to the legal limits.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Please note that all our rates are subject to change and may vary.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

3. Reservations<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

Reservations are confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

In case of late arrivals or early departures<\/strong> we reserve the right to charge the total price of the reservation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Stay extensions<\/strong>: possible stay extensions are at the management\u2019s discretion and subject to availability.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

4. Cancellation<\/span> Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Free cancellation or change of reservation is allowed up to 15 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within this period, the full amount paid will be refunded.<\/p>
