Starting from Malga Ciapela also offers another advantage: the chance to take the first run of the Marmolada cable car and be among the first to ski down the Bellunese, the famous 12-km-long slope that descends into the glacier of the Queen of the Dolomites-an experience, no doubt, not easily forgotten. Once down in the valley, you can ski all the way to Arabba thanks to the existing connection, and enter the ring of the Sellaronda.
